All products available on Smart Life Templates are digital products. This includes Google Sheets templates and printable PDF files.

Therefore, there is no postal shipping, no physical delivery fee, and no delay related to a carrier.

2. Delivery After Payment

After payment confirmation, access to the purchased product is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Depending on the selected product, you may receive:

• A link to a Google Sheets template
• A link to a printable PDF pack
• An order confirmation
• Simple instructions to use your product

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is usually immediate after payment confirmation.

In some cases, the email may take a few minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.

4. Where to Find Your Email

If you do not receive your access quickly, please check:

• Your main inbox
• Your spam or junk folder
• Your promotions tab
• The email address used during checkout

5. Using the Google Sheets Template

To use a Google Sheets template, open the link received by email, then create a copy in your own Google Drive.

This will allow you to edit the file freely without changing the original template.

6. Printable PDF Pack

If you purchase a printable PDF pack, you will receive an access link allowing you to view or download the PDF files.

You can then print them and use them according to your personal needs.

7. Wrong Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address during your purchase, contact us with your name, the product purchased, and the correct email address.

We will do what is necessary to resend access to the product.

8. Product Not Received

If you do not receive your product despite a confirmed payment, contact us so we can verify your order and resend the access link.
